Financial Planning for Managers is the latest course to be run by the PCDT Skills Centre.
This course will start on Tuesday 6th March for 4 weeks at Redruth Library.
It is a free course for people who work more than 8 hours per week.
The course promises to teach how to:
Use the different tools available to manage business finance,
Assess the profitability of your organisation
plan for the future to ensure sustainability,
