A Guide to the Voluntary Sector for Commissioners and Policy Makers in Health
In a project in the North East, voluntary organisations have expressed concern about the loss of relationships with commissioners and policy makers in the transition of structures in the NHS, and that the role of the sector in reducing health inequalities isn’t widely understood. Thus VONNE has produced a “guide to the voluntary sector” which promotes what the third sector does to improve health and tackle health inequalities and suggests ways for working with the sector.
